Peter Sadler was the official Idea Farm representative at the UKSPA Members conference last month, and gave a stimulating presentation about the upcoming “Innovation Directory”. The purpose of the presentation was to encourage participation in the projectfrom all UKSPA Science Park Managers gathered at the conference.
Since the presentation, Science Parks have been collaborating in the collection of data about innovative companies within the science parks, technology parks and innovation incubators in the UK, and an interesting picture is already beginning to emerge on the nature and shape of technologies being developed in these locations.
Paul Wright UKSPA Chief Executive said “We have been considering the publication of an innovation directory for several years, and are delighted that Idea Farm are delivering this project on our behalf. With both a print and on-line version, we feel it will provide our Members with another valuable service through being part of the wider UKSPA network."
